Massage, review & aftercare

Most patients find it very manageable. We apply topical numbing beforehand, and most of our fillers contain lidocaine, so the area numbs further as we work. Lips are the most sensitive area — but also the quickest to treat.
It depends on the area and product. Lips typically last 6–12 months, while structural areas like cheeks, chin and jawline often last 12–18 months. Areas with more movement break filler down faster.
Not with a careful injector. We build gradually and in proportion to your features — and we'd rather you return for a top-up than overfill in one sitting. Natural balance is always the goal.
Filler adds volume back to areas that have lost it, while Botox and Dysport relax the muscles that create expression lines. For example, filler is for hollow cheeks or thin lips; Botox is for forehead lines. Many patients combine both.
